It’s official! Malouf Autos has purchased Pickerings Mount Isa. Malouf Autos will take operational control of Pickerings Mount Isa and re-brand to Malouf Autos. This change will take place on the 13th of September 2022. To save confusion, unofficially the original Malouf Autos will be known as Malouf Autos - East & the new Malouf Autos dealership will be known as Malouf Autos - West.
What does this mean for you? Well long story short, now we will be able to deliver the ultimate customer experience for 12 Car brands instead of 5.
Brands - Mazda, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Ford, Subaru, Suzuki, Ram, LDV, GWM, Haval, Holden & 2 Large Used Car Departments!
Services - New & Used Car Sales, Finance, Insurance, Service, Parts & Tyres on site! We will even service your vehicle if it’s a brand we don’t offer! Everything Mount Isa needs within one Family!
Please trust that our eye remains on the ball, and to show you proof, we have appointed one of our own as Dealer Principal for Malouf Autos West. You may know Josh Shanks or have dealt with him once or twice in the past, he will manage the new Malouf Autos site. Josh is a born and bred local and has been with us for 8 years. Josh’s hunger for 100% customer satisfaction will be paramount to the future success of Malouf Autos West and your ultimate customer experience.
To showcase Malouf Autos commitment to the community of Mount Isa, we are pledging a complete renovation of the new car showroom within 18 months of ownership. This is on top of our Brand-New Service Department at Malouf Autos East, which is due to open in the next few months. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that has supported us and given us nearly 50 years of loyalty in the local community. Without this support we would not be able to continue to grow the business and provide better service to the region.
